This time las year I was in Cambodia..I know this is a fashion blog but It will include traveling as well... Cambodia is one of the best trips I have ever made - AMAZING... the country, the people, the sightseeing... there are so much to see and I will go back to see the rest as I only experienced Siem Reap.
If you ever planning on backpacking somewhere Cambodia is a definite YES - RECOMENDING IT BIG TIME!
Temple grounds - it's like taking a walk in a massive beautiful park!
make sure you either rent a Tuk-Tuk or a bicycle or you won't be able to cover the grounds
ANKOR WAT - the biggest temple, got up 5 am just to watch the sunrise, the feeling was magical
Lucky shot, this bridge is usually full of tourist... which kills the atmosphere
This is actually on top of the main temple, so you can imagine how big it is!
BAYON - famous for the carved faces on each tower... used to be a hospital
TAH PHROM - where they filmed Thomb rider
BANTEY SREI- women's temple famous for it's carved artwork
On our way to an old fishing village, there are two make sure you go to the one furthest away as it is the the one with the least tourists.
started with sunrise and finishing with the sunset, was so crowded with tourists though it almost felt like a festival... but it was still magical...
CAMBODIA - can definitely recommend it!!!
