BackStage MoScHiNo...

So after the stressful Etro show we all rushed to Moschino... the look was quite simple...it was all about red lips... a smudged red lip which I actually found quite hard to do as I am so used to having to do a perfect red lip with sharp edges!

This was the last milan show we did, before heading to the airport to catch the last flight... I had a really wonderful time in Milan - loved every minute of it! ; )

Backstage ETRO...

3rd show up was ETRO... got a bit hectic as we had to rush making our way to the Moschino Show straight after... Amazing makeup look, with amazing hair and clothes of course! We started by first smudging a grey eyeliner, then using 'copperplate' eyeshadow that was blended with 'Shadowster' and 'Shadowy' contouring colors (Sponsored by Mac) For the cheeks we just contoured the cheekbones, only vaseline were used on the lips to add a bit of moisture.

All together there were 29 models... half of them we did under no pressure... the rest of them all came 5 minutes before the show was about to start - talk about a madhouse, but it all went well ofcourse!

'Backstage' BlueMarine...

I have a confession to make... I know I am working in fashion but I had actually never heard of blue marine until I worked on the show... that is bad eh...? Oh well I know now : )

The make up look was a the famous 'Kate Moss' eyeliner look, which is absolutely gorgeous I think...very sexy...time less and classy!

MiLaN FashioN WeeK...

Just got back from Milan fashion week, would have updated blog everyday but 8 euro for an hour?!?!? besides there was no time... hectic hectic, was working on Charlotte Tilbury's tem and I loved every minute of it!!!

First show I was workig on was on the Hogan presentation. It was nice calm and relaxed in comparison to doing a catwalk show...

Backstage Jenny Packham...

A few days too late but these are the snap shots I manage to get from the Jenny Packham show. The clothes and the make up were amazing! however because it was too dark backstage I didn't manage to get that many shots. As soon as I find more stuff on the net I will put it up asap. The theme was a bit studio 54 disco glamour... : )

Backstage...Paul Smith...

Unfortunately I only managed to get this pic from today's show...of my backstage pass! I assisted Petros again on the Paul Smith Show (check out link) . It was mad but organised... there was a make up change just shortly before the girls were hitting the catwalk... But because Petros is so good at what he does, it all looked great!

AnnSofi Back Show...

I don't know why I am bothering posting Ann Sofi Back's show, as the pics I took are rubbish but atleast it gives you an insight to what the show was like...I guess I am so used to being backstage that I totally forget what it is like seeing it from the 'other point of view' (hence why my pics are crap! It's not everyday I get to see a show so when the opportunity arises I don't really know where to stand in order to get the best view!

LFW - morning of day 1..

The main tent at Somerset House in London. I was impressed with myself because I was actually there for the first show, Paul Costelloe, at 9.30. I'm normally really good the first day though..

Harold Tillman (chairman of the British Fashion Council) and Sarah Brown (Gordon Browns wife - UK's Prime Minister) are opening the exhibition at LFW. And of course, two quiet minutes for Lee Alexander McQueen. Then, the weeks first glas of champagne @ 10.00 in the morning - here we go again...

They are serving us great breakfast's as well as lunches each day, from some yummy catering company.. Sometimes it's great being press considering all this tasty food is completely free as well as coffee's, and other refreshments. Today's lunch: homemade lasagna, rice salad with pomegranate, greek salad and some hand-cut ham and the nicest fruit bread. Me like...

An hour later and the board is getting more & more messages.

Backstage...SASS&BIDE...

Assisted Amazing makeup artist Petros P. on Sass&Bide...I LoVe Sass&Bide...Always amazing clothes... just like SS/10(check it out! Btw saw a shot of myself backstage in the 'hair at Sass&Bide') Excuse the quality of the pics as they are straight from my mobile phone...

My little makeup section...

Petros Demo... Make up look: classic clean, using mac face&body, lip pencil + lipstick and with added gloss on cheekbones...(once again excuse the pic as it doesn't do any justice to make up or model, I didn't have a flash...)

the finished look, the hair was amazing with a golden metal thing on the side of the head...unfortunately I didn't manage to get a proper pic of it!
